Rick knows me when I come in and always knows what I need even before I tell him. My car is always ready when he says it will be and he makes sure I am fully satisfied before I leave the dealership. Once in the Infiniti repair shop of Van Nuys , We were quoted things that mad no sense to the repair of the vehicle at hand. We believe them to be milking the client for a potential sale in the upward range of $4000. More

Steven Chen was excellent I have a Nissan vehicle, and Nissan is right next door, but the dealership is crooked and isn't customer service oriented. The customer service is excellent, they give me honest opinions on my car and they treat me correctly. I don't mind paying a little extra for an oil service, when I know its done correctly and I'm treated well. I consider the Nissan Service department next to them worse than Pepboys. More
