I bought tires 4 months ago, had to return because the stems were not installed correctly. I just purchased a battery and a sensor light came on. After 3 hours in the waiting room they told me what tire i stems were not installed correctly. I just purchased a battery and a sensor light came on. After 3 hours in the waiting room they told me what tire it was and I should replace all four sensors. That was not in the budget so I replaced the sensor he said was bad. The light is still on. I called back when I got home and they said it was “probably another sensor”. I have no idea if the sensor they said was replaced was actually replaced, and I don’t have the time or money to go and sit for another three hours. I’ve been going to Patriot Subaru in North Attleboro to have my car serviced since I purchased it and have been happy up until these last two visits. The service people have been helpful but the return visits and the 3 hour wait times are making me reconsider having my car serviced there to be honest. More

Was not told at the time of purchase that the title would not be available for a couple of weeks AND that Imperial Subaru was not set up with the RI DMV yet to issue temporary registration tags. This was inconvenient and I would have postponed purchase and delivery had I known. Sales person was not well informed by management. He was not aware of these issues either until I informed him.
