6 days after servicing my STI at your dealer the car broke down on the side of the highway in a remote region of Quebec. Lost power steering and the battery light came on then the car died. Popped the h broke down on the side of the highway in a remote region of Quebec. Lost power steering and the battery light came on then the car died. Popped the hood and found the serpentine belt and 3 engine pulleys sitting in a pile on the engine tray not attached to the car. Car was towed 250 miles to Montreal where the car remains. Spoke to the service manager at Imperial, Derek I believe, who denied any responsibility. Car had a multipoint inspection with belts/pulleys/alternator checked green during the service less than 1 week prior. Reason for service was finding a cause of the battery draining. Dealer said it was a faulty digital communication module. Guess they missed the crank pulley self destructing? Avoid this dealer More
