Anthony, the guy who handled the financing, had a tough job as my credit was not... great. He was able to find me a deal within my price range which definitely took a few tries. Everyone who helped me went out of their way to get me into the car today, even if that meant staying long after the dealership closed. Stress Free Car Buying Experience I went to the dealership based of my banks car buying service (there about 60 miles away from me) to look at a crosstrek. Upon getting there I was gre I went to the dealership based of my banks car buying service (there about 60 miles away from me) to look at a crosstrek. Upon getting there I was greeted very nicely by the receptionist and sat down in there fairly comfortable waiting area. The saleswomen introduced herself about 10 minutes later and we talked about what kind of vehicle would best suit my needs. She did not try to up sell me or push any unneeded upgrades. When I chose the car I wanted I put a deposit on it and came back the next day to finalize everything. This again was a smooth process and I didn't mind the short wait it took to get to the paper work. In that time I did want the all weather mats and arranged to have them with the service department. Unfortunately he left before I was done so they called him back and he came back with a smile on his face and wanted to make sure I was OK. The saleswomen then made sure the mechanics installed them right away so I could go home at a decent time. I will defiantly be buying my next Subaru from them and they are worth the hour drive for there service and extended warentee included. More

Great experience purchasing a 2015 Outback here I had contacted many dealerships unsuccessfully in MA and even NH and RI to find a new 2015 Outback Limited with the options and colors my wife and I I had contacted many dealerships unsuccessfully in MA and even NH and RI to find a new 2015 Outback Limited with the options and colors my wife and I were looking for. We had also visited a few other dealerships that tried to get us to custom order a new car (with a 2-3 month wait) or bait us into waiting for incoming cars that didn't quite match our wants. Sharon was able to do a swap from the Patriot Saco dealership to get what we wanted and was very helpful and pleasant to work with. The entire process was smooth, and Jen in the finance department was also very helpful in getting our finance application and paperwork completed. When going to sign the title and when going to pick up the car, one of the service staff (Sorry blanking on the name!) and Sharon went over the many features of the car and patiently answered any questions we had. All the staff I encountered at the dealership were friendly and based on my experience I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them! More
