I walked in and initially was impressed with their facility. I was approached by Allison and informed her that I was interested in a 2015 WRX. After doing some research we found a car which I liked and so I easily traded my vehicle in towards the new purchase. A slight hiccup in delivery time caused the dealer to have to switch vehicles to get my my car to me faster. They worked hard to ensure that I was content with the switch and didn't try to force me into any situation I wasn't comfortable in. A day later I was driving off the lot in my brand new WRX and couldn't be happier. More

From my initial interaction with Christine on the phone to meeting with Chad initially was great. I ultimately worked with James to purchase a Forester and it was a top notch experience. He was very helpful and did not push one car over another, just worked with me for what I was interested in. I started with the Impreza with a deposit and when I called him the next morning to change to the Forester he reacted great and made it happen for pick up at the same time that day. Betty was really nice, she took care of the gas and changing the plates. Jen in Finance was easy to deal with and was very helpful and quick. I would highly recommend Patriot Subaru to anyone shopping for a new car. More

In our short, efficient transaction with them, their business model bespeaks one central characteristic: transparent HONESTY. We had planned to buy a Subaru from another dealer, with which we had a positive servicing experience on a prior vehicle, but the entire process at Patriot compelled us to rethink that decision. The cars sell themselves, but from the very first contact with their internet department (Thank you Sharon!), to the direct, non-pressuring greeting we received at the door (lucky us to have come upon Elizabeth!), to the service department, who reached out to answer a couple of questions (Joe Dio, the Service Manager, put my misconceptions to rest), to the final business of actually purchasing the car (sincere kudos to John and Jen for assiduously avoiding the cliches of "hide the ball" so common to other dealerships), to the followup (ON New Year's Day!) from Elizabeth, we have felt impeccably "taken care of by friends." Had the privilege of meeting the VISIONARY owner, Adam Arens (who also owns a Subaru dealership in Saco, Maine), and spent a pleasant half hour complimenting him about perhaps the best equipped, most forward-thinking and comfortable environment I have ever experienced at a dealership, and chatting about his and our common interests. George in management honored the price, no haggling! Our salesman Sean Griffin was very personable, honest and upfront. Not pushy at all. Would direct friends to seek him out. Anthony Castergini in finance was also pleasant. Offered a few extended warranty options, beyond their complimentary lifetime warranty, but not at all insistent or pushy. He also took us on test drive and explained all the mechanics of the car as well which I really appreciated. Once I purchased the car I was told the car was being cleaned and was being given a full tank of gas which again I really appreciated. Overall, everyone my husband and I met were very friendly and made our experience of purchasing a Subaru very pleasant. I would recommend this dealership. More
