Erin contacted me right away by phone and email to ask if they could answer any questions for me- she was very polite and low pressure. I felt really comfortable talking with Erin and her colleague Sharon, so I brought my car down to be appraised at Patriot, even though there were closer dealerships. Erin and Sharon met me right away and were able to show me the new and used cars and answer my questions without making me feel like I needed to make a decision. I had assumed that I would only be able to afford a used car, but they told me I would be surprised and showed me a new one, telling me about some of the major upgrades from the 2014 to 2015 model. In the end, the 2015 Outback turned out to be the perfect vehicle for our family, and the dealership gave us a very good deal. More

Stopped in to see if they had any pre certified Outbacks and there was only one. Test drove it with Allison, loved it, quickly made a deal in which Jon was very easygoing and as flexible as he could be on pricing and with my BMW trade-in, and walked out a Subaru owner in a very short amount of time. I dread the car buying process (especially with two kids in tow) and this was easy and every person we dealt with was a pleasure to work with. Also had to deal with Financing and they were super nice and process was quick. He was actually having printer issues and offered to drive to my house with papers. Think that was Luis, great guy. Next day oil light went on so I stopped quick, they drove me right in for an oil change on the spot and 20 minutes later I was on my way. Weeks later the car wouldn't start and Joe from service immediately got in his car and drove to our house to help. Was nothing but a key programming issue. Car runs fantastic. Seriously great service overall! And I am extremely happen with the quality, mileage, and size. I look forward to years of great service with Patriot Subaru. More

THE Dealership to buy a Subaru - Customers 1st Great experience buying a new vehicle. This was a big purchase for me and my husband who are expecting our first child in November. For us, purchasing a new/used vehicle started as a stressful, sometimes confusing, process that Patriot Subaru turned into an exciting experience. We left being 100% conifdent with the vehicle we picked, the options we picked, and the price and financing. Sharon Jorde got me to walk into the dealership with her upfront pricing and information. I was initially looking at a 2014 Outback from another dealership and called Patriot to verify the price I had settled on with the other dealership. Sharon took the time to listen to me and answer all of my questions, providing clear and detialed answers along with upfront pricing without having to haggle. Only after she answered all my questions, did she ask if I was interested in looking at any other models or years. When I was ready to end the conversation she put no pressure on me to come into the dealership and did not insist on taking down my contact information. Having someone at a car dealership actually listen to what I wanted and answer every question I had in detail was so surprising to me that I had to go and check out the dealership in person. At the dealership we were welcomed by several staff members and managers. We worked with James McEwan to test drive and price out vehicles. James was great to work with and answered every question we had; there was never a time when we hesistated to ask something or he didn't answer our question to a level we could understand. We loved the teamwork in the office and how it made us feel comfortable to switch to another associate if we did have a question or concern. For us, James McEwan was a perfect fit as a salesperson: He was extremely patient and never pressured us to upgrade or downgrade on the Outback we were interested in. He helped us price out the difference between a 2015 and 2014 and compare/contrast the features we would be gaining between an Outback and Forester. There was never a question we had that wasn't answered. We needed to wait a few days before making a decision and James had no problem letting us leave the dealership and return a few days later. When we were ready to make a decision and buy a 2015 Outback, James remembered us, our concerns and the options we were looking at. He picked up with us right where we left off, made sure every question we had was answered, and we started the process to purchase the vehicle. We financed through the dealership and experienced the same honest, upfront answers to all our questions on pricing and financing. There were no surprise costs or terms that were different from what we discussed with James. The teamwork and integrity of Patriot Subaru made it easy to work with the dealership and took the stress out of buying a new car to make it an exciting experience. We have no hesistation recommending Patriot Subaru and will be returning for all our maintenance needs. More

My new car buying experience I was not looking forward to going to another dealer after trying to test drive a car in Norwood. They did not listen to what I wanted or could afford and kept pushing the "top of the line" model. After I saw Patriots being built (2 months later) I was so happy! I had my heart set on a 2014 Forester and when Sharon told me there were none left within 2 states I was crushed. She tried to find something I might like, in my price range. I went in, test drove a 2015 Forester with Jim, and after several attempts to make finances work, I got a brand new 2015 Forester! When I came back to sign papers, and there was a problem, George was able to fix it with the owner's approval. Jim has already answered a few questions I had on tech operations in the car. I really felt valued as a customer, even though I did not have a lot of money to spend. Would I recommend Patriots Subaru to anyone? Absolutely! In fact, within 3 hours of getting home from buying the car, I gave their name to someone. More

My family and I knew that we wanted an Outback, and Patriot was one of the only dealers in the area It was a pleasure buying a car at Patriot Subaru. My family and I knew that we wanted an Outback, and Patriot was one of the only dealers in the area that had a 2015 in stock with the options we wanted. The trouble was, we needed to drive it away two days after we first contacted the dealership, and of course we wanted a fair price for it. Sharon delivered a price that was competitive with other dealerships and with the Edmunds price. Just as important, she and her team were able to rush the processing and make it possible for us to take possession in time to take it on a long drive (we were moving out of state and needed a car). I'm extremely grateful to Joe Solomon, who was very informative during the test drive, rushed the processing to get the plates and inspection done, delivered the car, and checked how we were doing after we took delivery. Joe and his team also shipped us an accessory with no charge for the shipping. My thanks also to Rick Benoit, who worked with us to make arrangements for the payment, and was very clear in explaining all the terms. I would absolutely go back, and would recommend the dealership to others looking for a Subaru. More

I was greeted immediately upon arriving by my sales rep, and experienced a car buying process unlike any other I have experienced. I can't even do it justification, but let's just say even my son who is seven is talking about when he can go back to Patriot Subaru and buy a car. They have something for everyone in the family - even dogs are welcome. If you are looking for a place that you will be comfortable in, is brand new, and has knowledgeable but more improtantly friendly staff - go no furtrher. We are so happy to be a part of the Patriot Subaru family - don't waste your time going anywhere else! More

A New & Better Way Of Buying A New Car I had been interested in acquiring a Subaru's since 1988 but there were never any dealerships nearby so when I saw Patriot Subaru being built within w I had been interested in acquiring a Subaru's since 1988 but there were never any dealerships nearby so when I saw Patriot Subaru being built within walking distance I was ready. And indeed I picked up a new XV CrossTrek on their first unofficial day of sales. This is my 7th new car in my 62 years on this earth and I believe that this dealership will force a change in the way all the other dealerships in this area will operate. Soon, because of Patriot Subaru, gone will be the days of customer/salesman distrust and that feeling of helplessness and frustration when buying a new car. It was just that pleasurable doing business with the folks at Patriot. James Martin was my salesman and he along with Mike Odierno, the Manager, and all the other great people I met there were just plain good, pleasant, knowledgeable and straightforward folks, out there to make sure you left with good feelings for them and their new dealership whether you bought a car from them or not. I met Adam, the owner, a good, honest, straight talking New England Yankee from the great state of Maine. Obviously proud of his new dealership, his top priorities seem to be that his employees and customers are happy and satisfied. Even his dog Subie goes around and makes friends among the customers and their kids. One of my biggest surprises was at the end of the process and meeting John Brodeur, the "FI" guy. Usually this is where the real down and dirty bargaining begins, when you are weary and ready to just give in to anything just to get the process over with. But with Patriot, this is no longer the old days of buying a car and John just showed me some accessories to think about which I politely declined and that was that. He was terrific and even found an error in my favor in the paperwork. Remember that this was the first day of a new dealership with all the usual unexpected bugs and quirks and computer malfunctions and everything so he was working under some pressure. I don't know if I'll buy another Subaru as I've never owned the same Make of car twice but I do know that after leasing this CrossTrek that I couldn't recommend this brand new dealership more if I owned it myself.
