Worked with James, he was very patient and thorough, did not push anything on me. Didn't try selling me into a lease, up selling me or immediately crunching numbers asking for down payment etc. Very nice dealer and looks to be a clean service department. Getting the paperwork completed and the down payment process couldn't have been easier. No hidden charges, everything was spelled out and they worked with me to even deliver the car to my work. Would recommend to a friend. More

Made car shopping stress-free When we started thinking of buying a new car, I was very nervous to go to a dealer because of all the horror stories I'd heard. I first went to Patriot just to test drive a Crosstrek because I was interested in that model. The staff was very friendly and helpful and in no way made me feel pressured or uncomfortable, I finished my test drive and went on my way! (I've heard of other places that make it so uncomfortable to leave without buying a car!) They followed up with an email or two just to check on my shopping progress, but again they were not pushy. I was very glad to hear that the sales reps are not paid on commission..their job is just to find the right car for you. Finally after shopping around I decided on a car at Patriot because their prices were very reasonable and I knew I could feel comfortable around them. I called and negotiated a price over the phone, went in, test drove the car I wanted and bought it. The paperwork went very smoothly and James took the time to program my phone to the car and show me the basic features. I will definitely go to Patriot for the maintenance on my Crosstrek, and I would buy another car from them again. I love my new Crosstrek! More

Some adjectives that come to mind when I think about everyone who helped me at Patriot Subaru are knowledgeable, professional, "down-to-earth", friendly, helpful... It almost takes away from the high caliber awesomeness that they are to say they provided "the best service"; they do it in a way that sets them apart from the rest. I would highly recommend the Subaru, and more specifically, the Patriot Subaru Dealership to anyone including family and friends. I had already researched the car (2015 legacy 2.5i) and the price range I wanted to pay. Salesman James Kelly really listened to what I was looking for, and showed me exactly that. There was no high-pressure attempt to up-sell me on a more expensive model. I ended up purchasing just what I wanted and didn't feel pushed or manipulated (which would have driven me right out the door and to another dealership!) James is great to work with, and I would recommend him and the dealership to anyone. I will definitely come back in the future. Very pleased. More

I visited a handful of dealerships on a Sunday, and happened upon Patriot Subaru (my parents own a Forrester, and rave about it constantly, so I thought I'd see what they have to offer). I was met at the door by Sean Griffin, who instantly made me feel comfy and cozy. A very friendly and knowledgeable guy. He answered my questions, steered me (pardon the pun) in the direction of a car that might meet my needs - and the car of my dreams was shown to me. The process of arranging the trade-in and the purchase could not have been better or more smooth. Eddie in finance was terrific - he was extremely accommodating, friendly, and supportive. I was never pressured. I felt - still do - like I made the decision to buy; they didn't force me into making a choice (and, as we know, some dealerships do that). Once it was time to pick up my new 2014 Crosstrek, Sean walked me through the controls (quite the impressive package, that car) and made me feel comfortable in my new front seat. In addition, as I had my son with me, Sean was respectful and friendly to my often-wacky little boy. That helped a lot. Overall, I found the entire process to be an extremely positive and memorable one. No regrets, no complaints. I am so glad I found Patriot Subaru ... it's a terrific, new, clean, streamlined dealership. I have a new automotive haven! I'll be back for servicing and probably just to visit! George was friendly and efficient with all the paperwork. Noticed all staff there was upbeat which made it a pleasant experience. They took care of everything so I did not have to worry about the process of putting my new car on the road (this is my first new car, so I wasn't exactly sure, but didn't need to worry!) Allison Lejeune and Eddie worked with us to finance and purchase the car. We had done our research before going in and they helped us to get a fair price and good financing.
