Greetings, We received your review and wanted to take some time here to respond. We take every review seriously, and learn something from each one. Funny thing is, as we were writing this, it looks like you just amended your review, taking down the GPS concern, and putting up a thumbs up on the oil change. After talking it over here though, we thought we would address the GPS review anyway, just to let you know we really do read these, and really do take them to heart! Our first concern is that you felt that you were not appreciated on your visit. Upon receiving your review, we gathered the folks who were involved together, and discussed what happened. In your case, you had questions on the navigation system which are quite common. Anthony, the service adviser, went over it with you, and up to that point, everything was good. There were two other sets of customers in the service drive/reception area who were kibitzing, and what we presume is that their laughter as you were leaving may have been construed at you. We assure you it was not, and feel badly if you took it to be that way. We’ve all had similar experiences with GPS systems, and it takes a while to learn. Perhaps there is more we can do to assist you with the NAV system. We can check some of the settings. For example, it may be set to “avoid toll roads”, which would turn a 2 hour trip into a 3 hour trip by taking you on back roads. Speaking personally, that is exactly what happened to me once in upstate VT, and I didn’t know what was going on! So, we certainly want you to feel comfortable asking any questions about it, and making sure that it is working correctly. We’ve all been there. Please come in anytime, and we’ll do our best to help. Side note – we had just posted a funny picture on our Facebook page the day before, with the GPS showing a clear road, but the road was clearly a dead end! Please convey my apologies to Anthony. In either case, I should not put negative reviews, which hurts your business. I think NAV system has some issues, it take different route than direct route, even I am going to Boston from N Attleboro. I have tried all the settings in it. Anyway thanks for your response.

Greetings again, That's ok! We try our best to learn, and we certainly need to hear both sides of every issue. We use Dealerrater specifically to make sure our customers have a strong voice. If the NAV is still ineffective, please bring it in again. If you're having an issue, it stands to reason that others may be also. We can reach out to Subaru, and get them involved. if the system is not providing several options for a route as simple as North Attleboro to Boston, then there must be an explanation. Let's not give up on it yet. At the end of the day, we want to make sure you felt good about coming here, and not only will again, but will share your sentiment with others. We know we can do better than 3 stars on friendliness! I will let Anthony and our Service Manager, Joe Dio know that we have talked offline, and things are ok.
