Erin contacted me right away by phone and email to ask if they could answer any questions for me- she was very polite and low pressure. I felt really comfortable talking with Erin and her colleague Sharon, so I brought my car down to be appraised at Patriot, even though there were closer dealerships. Erin and Sharon met me right away and were able to show me the new and used cars and answer my questions without making me feel like I needed to make a decision. I had assumed that I would only be able to afford a used car, but they told me I would be surprised and showed me a new one, telling me about some of the major upgrades from the 2014 to 2015 model. In the end, the 2015 Outback turned out to be the perfect vehicle for our family, and the dealership gave us a very good deal. More

My contact with Patriot Subaru began with Sharon Jorde (who remained in cordial contact throughout); and, as I inched closer to a decision, was most closely involved with Sean Griffin (for the particulars of the car and the terms of the sale), and then Don McEwen for the "final deal". However, I was also introduced to other staff members (John B., Mike O, and others) - so this is a total team approach. This is my first Subaru and the Patriot dealership is new to the area. I look forward to a great driving experience with my 2015 Outback and wish Patriot Subaru success. More
