Last and final strike in this service department! Went in for a low left front tire light, that i had to find myself because on the last visit they couldnt find a leaking valve stem. Took me 5 minut Went in for a low left front tire light, that i had to find myself because on the last visit they couldnt find a leaking valve stem. Took me 5 minutes with soap water. I stated the right front tire was also low by almost 10psi. After showing them a video of the leaking valve stem, they replaced it under my extended warranty. I asked what they found with the right front tire, and they said they didnt find a leak. I guess 10lbs of air just evaporated? After i got home, i noticed they left the valve cap off of the brand new valve stem and never added air to the other low tire they couldnt find a leak on. This is the same place that couldnt hear a squeaking left rear brake caliper that would make noise on a daily basis from being seized, on my prior visit. I replaced the caliper on my own because i couldnt take the noise any more. This place is filled with incompetent techs and poor listening skills. I will never return to this place for service. Imagine if i had an engine problem? No way i would let these take a motor apart when they cant remember a valve stem cap and how to reset tire pressure. Absolute joke! More

My wife Lauri went in for an oil & filter change and tire rotation on 4/27/2022. She let them know she planned to wait and they assured her that they would be as quick as possible, and they were done within rotation on 4/27/2022. When I was dropping off my car for an oil change the first Service Advisor (S.A.) to acknowledged me,... he never greeted me, I asked if he could help me. His response was to immediately looked from side to side and pawned me off onto Curtis Jones. I lucked out because Curtis was polite, respectful and courteous!! (Throughout my visit, whenever the first S.A. was in view, he was leaning back in his chair and staring at his cellphone.) If my only interaction was with Curtis, Imperial would have gotten much higher ratings. Thanks Curtis! More

After moving to Ma my wife and I acquired appointments to Ma, RMV to change our driver licenses from Nh to Ma, and register & title two (2) older cars. At the end of this process I was ready to move back to Ma, RMV to change our driver licenses from Nh to Ma, and register & title two (2) older cars. At the end of this process I was ready to move back to Nh. End result both cars needed inspections and valid safety stickers to both vehicle. Additionally my 2005 Toyota, Avalon needed a new Moon Roof due to water leaking in. To make a long story short one early morning I went to Imperial of Milford and met with Service Advisor, Curtis Jones who helped an 85 yr. old calm me down. Curtis was so courteous, knowledgeable in his position he set my mind at ease. The cars were properly inspected, appointments made for replacement of moon roof. As of this date all work is completed and I am completely satisfied. Thank God for someone who knows their job and who helps someone instead of hindering them. Thank you very much Ronald H. More

From the moment I stepped out of my vehicle, I felt appreciated. The attendant that greeted me, inside the garage, was friendly and professional and very helpful. He walked me into the service team waiting area, where I met Roger Barron, the Service Advisor for me and my vehicle. I was greeted with a warm and friendly smile and a very professional attitude and personality. Roger Barron had attended to me and my car, once before, and I was very pleased to see that he was the same towards me today, 2/24/2022, that he was the first time he assisted me on my first visit for service at Imperial Toyota in Milford, Ma. Roger was quick to set me up, right away, for quick service on my vehicle. He answered all my questions, and while chatting with me about the service on my vehicle, he was looking for any recalls, that were needing to get done. I thing that is a great thing for him to do. He did not find any, I guess that could be a testament to the quality of the manufacturing of the Toyota brand of automobiles. I was given the option of having my windshield wipers replaced while there, for service. I have been noticing lately windshield streaking during any rainfalls. So it was something that was needed. All and all, the whole experience of having my vehicle serviced at the Milford Toyota dealership was great. If I could give more than 5 stars for the quality of service, I would.
