I've had two very good service experiences with Imperial Toyota in the last couple of months, both for our 2020 Sienna. The first was to replace a cable in the steering column. Easy to book your appointments online if you choose, or just call. They can almost always get you in that actual day! If you can, ask for Gene Desroches. He is a great service advisor. Gene is knowledgeable, very friendly and down to Earth. He knows his stuff, and his goal is having you leave Imperial Toyota, not only in a timely manner, and with your issues addressed, but with a smile on your face. That's pretty rare nowadays. Excellent Service. From the time I pulled in the open Garage door for drop off, to Ivan Cardoso taking care of all the paperwork with no hassles, to the comfortable waiting room.
