From the moment we called until we left the dealership with our car, we absolutely were pleased with Trace and every step of the process! He continued to keep going until we could work out a deal for my p with our car, we absolutely were pleased with Trace and every step of the process! He continued to keep going until we could work out a deal for my payments. He was very knowledgeable, patient, friendly, and helpful. I was able to observe the other employees and everybody there is so nice. The building is very clean and well kept. The focus on Customer Service (couch area, coffee, candy) was very apparent. I will absolutely return to Indy Auto Man in Westfield even though it’s farther from where I live when it’s time for another car! Five stars! I highly recommend! More

Ashton was great! Purchased a bronco sport, it’s beautiful and I love it! Only issues I ran into was the wait for the financing part of it. Only have one guy doing it.
