I was originally offered what seemed like a great deal with a reasonable monthly payment and a low 4% interest rate. I was told I needed a cosigner, but instead of adding me to the loan with a cosigner, I was removed from the loan entirely and the vehicle was financed in my disabled brother's name. That should have been my first warning. I spent nearly eight hours at the dealership, only to be told they had lost the keys and I'd have to come back several days later to pick up the vehicle. When I finally received the car, I discovered it had significant damage that was never properly disclosed. It had obvious passenger-side damage that had ripped off the wheel trim and side step, leaving exposed sharp metal. The windshield was heavily damaged, and the braking system had serious safety issues. Despite being told the vehicle had passed a thorough safety inspection, it shook so violently when braking that I immediately had it inspected elsewhere. I was told the rotors needed attention and the brakes needed to be replaced. At first, the dealership refused to help, telling me I bought the luxury vehicle "as is." Only after weeks of back and forth did they agree to make repairs. Then, after I'd already had the vehicle for nearly a month, I received another call saying the original financing had fallen through. My mother had to finance the vehicle instead. Somehow, despite having stronger credit and better income than my brother, the interest rate jumped from 4% to 12.5%, and the payment increased by more than $200 per month. We felt completely backed into a corner. I was told to either sign the new contract or leave the vehicle there and find my own way home. Living an hour and a half away, we felt we had no real choice. The dealership eventually kept my vehicle for five weeks to perform repairs. When I got it back, it had hundreds of additional miles on it, the brakes were still squealing loudly, and the suspension issue their own service technician identified was never addressed. I now need an entirely new front suspension at my own expense. Four months later, I still don't have my registration. My temporary tag expired in April, and it's now August. I can't get anyone to provide another temporary tag or tell me where my registration is. I've made repeated attempts to get answers and have received no follow-up. Jenna repeatedly assured me she would help rewrite the financing into something more affordable and acknowledged that the dealership was "a xxxx show" and that she was trying to clean things up. Unfortunately, despite those promises, nothing has changed. This entire experience has been exhausting. Between the financing changes, undisclosed vehicle issues, incomplete repairs, lack of registration, and constant broken promises, I feel completely let down. I rarely leave negative reviews, but consumers deserve to know what they're walking into. Buying a vehicle should be exciting, not months of stress, uncertainty, and unanswered questions. I'm filing a complaint with the BBB and my even consider other legal action. My biggest question is simple: **Where is my registration?** More
To be honest they are not taking responsibility for a vehicle that I bought. They are claiming the they did not know about preexisting conditions when the vehicle came from out of state. I brought to LHM vehicle that I bought. They are claiming the they did not know about preexisting conditions when the vehicle came from out of state. I brought to LHM Chevrolet in Albuquerque, NM. They found a lot of things that your dealership could not find like valve cover gasket leaking oil cooler line upper control arm missing bolt on a sway bar back up camera not working cracked windshield. So Kevin (AKA) Patrick only fixed one thing, went back get them addressed he said not my problem when you have proof of their negligence miss key items that are not safe. The service manger also said we fixed what we agreed on and that it brought up the UPA he said I am done can't talk to you. When I would not trust them to work on a 2017 GMC Yukon Denali when the are not a certified GM dealership and don't have the tools to fix it to fix it. When it come to making this right they need to send a RO to LHM and have it done right at their cost not mine. Plus I wouldn't give them a star. More

This was the BEST car leasing experience I can recall. We drove from out of state 7hrs.and spent the night.Coming in the next morning everyone had gone out of their way to prepare as much of the paperwork We drove from out of state 7hrs.and spent the night.Coming in the next morning everyone had gone out of their way to prepare as much of the paperwork and car prep possible before our arrival, knowing we had a long drive home. There was no last minute haggling or pressure. Another dealer had tried to obtain this same vehicle for us with added "accessories" added to the cost that were not on the vehicle but would be added to their inflated cost along with transportation fees, which would likely have been inflated as well. When negotiating with Brandon before our commitment, it was a frank and courteous discussion with the understanding that if we could get a better deal elsewhere he understood and if he could do better we would be open to hearing from him, the ownership came through and Brandon contacted me at 8am, and we were enroute a couple of hours later. Kudos to the Garcia ownership for choosing to negotiate and for having such a wonderful sales staff. Our only regret is that we won't be visiting due to the distance. As an aside I'd like to mention how dog friendly they are. Our Golden Retriever had come with us and was dealing with motion illness from the ride and the lack of grass anywhere. Someone picked him a fistful of grass and brought him water to drink. Needless to say they also made a fuss over Wally and endeared us even more. We are brand loyalists with this our 6th Infiniti. We have owned Lexus', Escalades, Jaguars, and Suburbans, but Infiniti has become our go to vehicle for quality and value! More

I wish I could give them 0 stars. Garcia Infinity ABQ provided excellent service prior to late 2021. However the service representatives, especially Bryce Peever, had had no customer service training or is just unconscious to customer needs. He gave me a service quote that was more than the value of my car. When I asked what was absolutely necessary, he was mute. I then asked to go over every recommendation, he hastily did, quoting prices & making no recommendations for immediate service needs. Cost for minimal fluid replacement service: $1355. I received no estimate. He quoted $500 for window parts replacement to be done later. When I returned for window repair, I received no estimate(my bad for not insisting). Price charged for window motor + regulator replacement :$1259. I've had several people tell me about disappointing & terrible service at this location. I'm sad that management does not care about customer service. I'll never go back. More
