This was the first major purchase of anything since the passing of my husband I contacted our local Cadillac dealership and I was more than disappointed with their customer service I contacted the Albuquerque dealership and the first sales person I was put in contact with actually was busy and put me in contact with a salesman by the name of Patrick Hornef I explained it to can I was in the market for a new vehicle he asked me if I would be interested in looking at the possibility of an Infiniti I told him I would look at the possibility he sent me ample information and spent hours helping me understand the benefits of the infinity vehicle (May I add he patiently answered all of my questions ) after reviewing all the information he provided and comparing information I made a quick trip to Albuquerque where I met him in person he checked me out on a test drive and I instantly fell in love with the infinity xq80. This vehicle holds a class of its own That very day I purchased my brand-new vehicle which has been approximately one year now. The dealership and sales person was beyond my highest expectations they were courteous, friendly, easy to deal with they were not pushy or treat me like I was not an important customer. Poor manager and general manager performance We were told a 2013 fx37 was 22,000.00, one owner on a lease and they had done all the service. We test drove it and decided to buy. Price raised 7,000.00 dollars due to miscommunication. We accepted that price after much discussion between my wife and myself. We were about to sign. And discovered it had two owners and was not a lease. The general manager would not do anything further for us. I tried to shake his hand. He wouldn't shake. I was leaving with my back turned and he yelled, "Get the xxxx out of my dealership." We did leave. Never to return. We were made to feel that we were at fault for their miscommunications. Mistakes happen. It matters on on how you correct them. The car was beautiful but the management was phony and ugly. More

Patrick will remain the only car salesman I fully trust and I am sure I will continue to buy from as long as he remains there. The salesman is only one link in the chain. I would also like to say working with Margo on the finance side was great. She did not rush me through the process and allowed me the time I needed to read through the documents, while again answering any questions I had. Due to us closing on this car after the dealership had already closed, there were several things she promised to address the next business day. She fulfilled all of those commitments in a timely manner. Lastly, I would like to give a shout out to the Garcia service team. This car has not been serviced by them yet, but as stated, it is not my first car from them. They provided all of the maintenance on the 2014 I traded and will certialy be handing all on the maintenance on this one as well. He has always been great to work with. While I can say I have worked with several different service writers of the past 3 years (all did great), the one I usually work with and only name I can remember is Leonard. He has always been very helpful and done his best to get me in and out as quickly and efficiently as possible.
