He has always carefully listened to me and made honest recommendations that fit my needs. He has been very straight forward and honest to deal with. Patrick will remain the only car salesman I fully trust and I am sure I will continue to buy from as long as he remains there. The salesman is only one link in the chain. I would also like to say working with Margo on the finance side was great. She did not rush me through the process and allowed me the time I needed to read through the documents, while again answering any questions I had. Due to us closing on this car after the dealership had already closed, there were several things she promised to address the next business day. She fulfilled all of those commitments in a timely manner. Lastly, I would like to give a shout out to the Garcia service team. This car has not been serviced by them yet, but as stated, it is not my first car from them. They provided all of the maintenance on the 2014 I traded and will certialy be handing all on the maintenance on this one as well. He has always been great to work with. While I can say I have worked with several different service writers of the past 3 years (all did great), the one I usually work with and only name I can remember is Leonard. He has always been very helpful and done his best to get me in and out as quickly and efficiently as possible. The exceptional service across all departments I have received from the whole Garcia team is why I now deal with them exclusively. More

Patrick Hornef was very bad sales agent stay away Requested a quote online. Got a call within minutes to explain the process and how to put an order in. Waited several hrs and called back to see if I could get an update. Patrick proceeded to tell me that my order was received but it would take at minimum 1 day to 3 to find a truck to transport my vehicle. Was rude and impatient that I called back so quickly. After the call I called other companies and they said they could find me a car within a few hrs. So I called Patrick back to cancel the order since I was on a very tight timeline. Patrick Hornef was very rude on this call and snarky that I shouldn't expect to be helped on my timeline. He offered no more assistance and hung up very rudely. great experience with garcia infiniti When I went to the showroom for inspection I told Patrick that the check engine light was also on. They scanned the vehicle for this and found the pow When I went to the showroom for inspection I told Patrick that the check engine light was also on. They scanned the vehicle for this and found the power steering pressure switch was not working correctly. They fixed the light and got me my oil change and the vehicle has been good. When Patrick called me to see how my vehicle was I told him the light had come back on but after a few days it went off. Maybe I have them check the next time I go for service. Nick always treats me good when I'm there and have recommended the shop to two of my friends. This is the first time I have been called back, thanks Garcia More
