Vinny Q for Employee of the Year!! Out of State Sales!! Sometimes I can be a difficult customer but the Team at Competition Infiniti had no problem dealing with me and exceeding my expectations. I've never been the guy to buy a car down the street, always looking and searching for the best deal. So when I found the deal at Competition I was looking forward to do some traveling. I spoke with Vinny Q over the phone several times lining out all the details of the pre-owned Cadillac I had wished to purchase, always leaving the conversation with a smile on my face and a growing excitement. I flew into McArthur Airport from Pittsburgh PA, arriving around 1:30pm. Vinny offered to pick me up but catching a Uber added to the experience of "getting to know the locals". Vitto, the Uber driver, made great conversation, what you'd expect from a typical New Yorker, complaining about the high real estate market and price smokes. Once at the dealership Vinny was waiting with the keys in hand and paperwork ready to go. Once insurance info was verified, the ravishing Darlene took over with a smooth and painless signing process, with great small talk about how it was a first for her to have someone fly in from Pittsbugh and register a car in OK, I had purchased a new house in OK, "of all places", just a month prior and had not moved yet. All in all I had a great experience with the Competition Infiniti Team and would highly recommend them for a new or used purchase. I was out the door and driving home at 3:30pm. Vinny Q called to check up on me the next day to make sure I made it home safe and the car was everything that I wanted. What a great guy! After a lot of wasted time and phone calls at other dealerships I decided to reach out to competition as my workplace had an affiliation with them. From the very first phone call with Natasha to me driving off with my new Q50 RS and even some after sales questions it was a pleasure dealing with Adam and everyone from this dealership. I already knew exactly what I wanted and Adam made sure all my requests were met. Even got me the iridium blue I wanted, kudos for that one I must say. the entire process was a breeze and never once did I feel like I was being pressured to buy anything which seems to be a trend at most car dealerships, but not here. I will be going back at the end of my lease for sure and sending my referrals to this location to anyone interested in Infiniti. More
