Great Customer Service. Mr. Paul Carter was injured and still managed to help answer my questions. I had my daughters Dodge Durango Diagnosed and it ended up being the Fuel Mr. Paul Carter was injured and still managed to help answer my questions. I had my daughters Dodge Durango Diagnosed and it ended up being the Fuel Pump not sending fuel to the Intake, causing the Start Button to fail. I decided to buy the parts from the Parts Department and Carlos was of much help and stepped out of his way to find my backordered part that was in stock. I will be doing repairs myself to save on labor cost. Looks pretty simple to do with Google help. I will continue to bring business to Ingram Park and continue to bring my vehicles here for service. The returned calls and all the satisfaction that I received was above and beyond. Paul Carter made sure that my parts that were ordered were placed inside our vehicle, prior to having it Towed Away and Carlos was able to make my day by finding and handing me all my ordered parts.
