Worst experience ever, service manager and assistant service manager kept lying and dis not do their work, they brush you away, they don’t want honor the warranty they provided, and confirmed by the man service manager kept lying and dis not do their work, they brush you away, they don’t want honor the warranty they provided, and confirmed by the manufacturer, dishonesty is their theme, lack of integrity can be seen. I had to do all the paperwork and photos myself to get the work done, after 2 months of going back and forth. They only care about how much money they can take out of your pockets, unethical dealership and so unprofessional. Will never go back to that dealership ever again More

If I could give this ZERO STARS, I would. This is the LAST dealership you would want to give your business to. After closing the deal for a trade-in, after being there for SIX HOURS, everythi This is the LAST dealership you would want to give your business to. After closing the deal for a trade-in, after being there for SIX HOURS, everything went down hill after that. I kept getting the turn around on when the new vehicle would be ready for almost 2 weeks. Mind you I live in Laredo. Sales Manager CODY and sales rep JORDAN BANKS, canceled the whole contract WITHOUT my consent and/or knowledge and were making me sign for a whole new other vehicle. NO ONE got in contact with me about this issue not once. They tried to rush me into signing new paperwork just for their business. After 3 whole weeks I finally got my new vehicle delivered to my residence but later to find out that JORDAN abandoned my trade-in vehicle around the corner of my house. NO ONE called me about anything. I have video and proof he drove off in my old vehicle and tried to lie at his job that no one was home at the time of delivery AFTER HE PERSONALLY GAVE ME THE KEYS TO THE NEW VEHICLE AND VISE VERSA. I had to find out late at night from an officer that my old vehicle was left in front of another house. What kind of dealership does this? This was very unprofessional on their behalf. And to top it off, JORDAN LEFT THE NEW VEHICLE WITHOUT GAS. I was also promised gift cards for gas and NEVER GOT ANYTHING. I sent a text message to CODY with my QR code so that he can Zelle me, LIKE HE SAID HE WAS, and I was ignored. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE. PLEASE TAKE YOUR BUISNESS ELSEWHERE. More
