I really can’t think of another word that’s more appropriate than “SUCKS”! From purchasing my RHO to the required maintenance/Service required, no one there seems to care or understand what simple appropriate than “SUCKS”! From purchasing my RHO to the required maintenance/Service required, no one there seems to care or understand what simple customer service means. Recently, I turned in my truck for a recall repair which required the vehicle to stay all day. I never received updates and soon found out my truck was completed earlier than expected. Upon picking up my truck I realized that all the technicians had gone for the day and there was only one person remaining who couldn’t answer any of my questions. No one walked me through the repairs and I received my truck in dirtier condition. I’ve dealt with better dealerships I’m warning you to go somewhere else. More
