Worst service ever! No COMMUNICATION!! Especially from Tony Guerreo (shop manager). I know about his life more than my vehicle that never got fixed. Just a misdiagnosis No COMMUNICATION!! Especially from Tony Guerreo (shop manager). I know about his life more than my vehicle that never got fixed. Just a misdiagnosis of a transmission replacement when it was a brake issue. I hope the dealer realizes they hired the wrong guy for the interim position that he currently is working hard for. He shouldn’t tell customers about how unfortunate his life is and while his staff told me he was vacation most of the time in Puerto Rico. This is why this dealership will lose customers.
