This has always resulted in an inordinate amount of time when reaching the financial department and they tried to persuade us to switch to dealership financing. This was not the case with Ingram Park. When I told them I had a preapproved loan and what the rate was, the response was "great". I was literally in and out of the finance department and driving down the road in our newly purchased vehicle. More
