Great Customer Service Went in for a pickup truck, left with a convertible. Guy Max there heluavah guy talked me in to a great deal I couldn't pass. unprofessional I have to say I've never dealt with a dealership quite like this one, They don't care about making sure their cars are ready for test driving or the c I have to say I've never dealt with a dealership quite like this one, They don't care about making sure their cars are ready for test driving or the customer is happy, the sales manager tells you what you want to hear but never delivers and the sale guy we dealt with really didn't care if there were issues or not with the car. I would never buy a car form this place. We went done on a Saturday put a deposit on a car, they told us to come back Wednesday to test drive it because it was in the showroom, we take time off out of work to come there we test drive the car and the car wasn't even ready for a test drive, like the air pressure in the tires one tire was at 16lbs but they still had us test drive, the front window whistled and the battery cable was not on tight so the car wouldn't start, Besides that their website said the car had certain options but when we when to check them out, they didn't exist . Sales guy said well if you don't buy the car we are going to raise the price and you wont get it at the price offered if you don't buy it now.. We left, called the sales manager who said he would address the issues and call us back the next day, days went by and he never called us, we sent him emails no response, we took a look on their website a few days later and the price went form 19890 to 21995 to now 23980, so it was obvious they didn't want to sell the car to us so they could jack the price and the car was in an accident and we didn't know till we asked for the car fax. So to say the least we were disappointed we drove 1.5 hours just to find out that they never got the car ready and then played games with us. More
