Excellent Service and Experience I was visiting Chattanooga and started to have engine problems just as I was getting close to town. I pulled into the service line on what was an ext I was visiting Chattanooga and started to have engine problems just as I was getting close to town. I pulled into the service line on what was an extremely busy day. I was fairly quickly greeted by Joel Land and my experience from that initial interaction until I picked up my vehicle with a new engine a week later was outstanding. Joel was very upfront with me about how busy they were and that they had another engine replacement already scheduled. He recognized my need just to have some certainty about what I was dealing with so I could make the appropriate arrangements to pick up my daughter at camp in the area. I know that his decision was to risk potentially upsetting some long standing local customers to accommodate me. By late on the day I dropped off the vehicle an engine tech had tore down part of the engine to assess the damage such that Joel was able to contact me that same day with some options. That allowed me to leave town as scheduled to pick up my daughter and to return the following weekend to pick up my vehicle. What I was the most impressed with was how Joel proactively called me during that initial day with updates and did the same in the following week after the engine had arrived to inform me that they would be to have my vehicle ready by the weekend. Since I live quite far away from Chattanooga it will not make sense for me to purchase my next vehicle from Integrity GMC, but my positive experience definitely encourages me to have my local GMC dealer in Monroe, LA as my first stop when I shop for my next vehicle. My wife and I both purchased GMC Yukon XL's from that dealer in 2003 and 2008 and it was definitely already on our list because we have already been very pleased with our overall experiences with our GMC vehicles over the years. Best car buying experience I started this deal out on the internet. We live in the Birmingham,AL area. Then he called me and we drove to Chattanooga. When we arrived Bailey morgan was there to grett us and had the vehicle out front ready for us to test drive. Then Jake Calella took care of explain things and answered all our questions. We have bought vehicle for 40 plus years. This was the absolute best experience we have had. When we get ready for another GMC we will go back to Integrity in Chattanooga if Bailey and Jake are still there. We were only there less than 2 hours.
