Unexplained charge on my invoice I took my 2013 Cadillac CTS in to have the wheels aligned. I had an appointment for 11:00 in the morning. I arrived about 5 minuets early. It took ove I took my 2013 Cadillac CTS in to have the wheels aligned. I had an appointment for 11:00 in the morning. I arrived about 5 minuets early. It took over 2 hours for them to do the work. I left the dealership about 1:23 in the afternoon. There was a $4 service fee added to my bill. When I asked about the charge I was told that it was a shop for for oil disposal, rags, towels etc. I stated that I have not been charged this fee before. Not at this dealership or at other dealerships where I have service work performed. I was told that it was their policy. More

Dustin is the Best Dustin in service was amazing. They worked very hard to get to the bottom of my problem. I am not sure if any where else would have found the unusual Dustin in service was amazing.
