Terrible Sewrvice Some people say 3rd times a charm, OH NOT at this dealership. First service left my vehicle in the back and never got to it, I had came to pick it up had a flat tire. 2nd time kept my vehicle disabled for 3 weeks while they waited on a part and Chevy / GMC was on strike. Today 3rd time took my vehicle in for "warranty service" cost me $138 . Now i will drive to Cleveland to get my vehicle under warranty "2017" repaired. More
Over priced service I had them change my oil enough that I was to get a free oil change. Service advisor brought my cabin and air filters in and asked if they should chan I had them change my oil enough that I was to get a free oil change. Service advisor brought my cabin and air filters in and asked if they should change them. Get this- they had opened the filter cabins, removed the old filters, brought them to the waiting area. If I had said “no” they would have taken them back, re-installed them, and not charged me. Remember they are already out, but I was charged $15.00 labor to re install the new one, but nothing to re install the old ones. Now I received an e_mail that the oil change would be around $59.00, since my change was to be free, they would graciously take that off the total. ($125.)My math is old school but when you take $59 away from $125 is about $66. My bill was $105. Today I have parted ways with Integrity. And will be sure to tell everyone about this ordeal. More
Bitten by crappy warranty and even worse product 2014 Chevy Cruze that I bought in March from another Chevy dealer developed a rough idle and an oil leak at the same time, After self diagnosing and r 2014 Chevy Cruze that I bought in March from another Chevy dealer developed a rough idle and an oil leak at the same time, After self diagnosing and replacing the PCV valve, O2 sensor and cleaning the MAF sensor, I took it in for "professional help". Rough idle was because a fitting on intake manifold was broken off - warranty did not cover because their was evidence of a previous non-standard repair. Both dealers took the position that I broke the fitting so warranty was denied. Oil leak was diagnosed as a gasket behind the filter housing which is also not covered because it is an external part. This turned out to be the wrong diagnosis anyway because the oil leak returned within 1 week. Now the diagnosis is a leaking oil cooler which is again an external part and not covered under the power train. Bottom line - crappy warranty and even worse product. I have 3 Chevy vehicles at the moment and am now convinced I have made a huge mistake and will begin to immediately purge them from my fleet. The "nothing we can do about it" attitude at the service department is unfortunate and will be what I remember about GM from now on. More

Had a tire issue ona new z06. They bent my wheels Took our new 2017 z06 in for flat spots on the tires, they ordered and replaced them. While they had a lot of difficulty with the run flat tires they bent the wheels. They claimed my wife did it while driving it. I proved they were bent in such a way that it was human error by the tech. They never returned a call. They fought me every step of the way. While I was there I witnessed one of their techs asking the shop supervisor how to change a u joint. I think they have a lot of inexperienced laborers that they pass off as trained techs. We do finally get new wheels , but had to take them elsewhere for mounting and balancing. They will never touch one of my six Chevrolet vehicles again. More
Dangerous workmanship Towed in for on road breakdown. During a $8000.00 repair mechanic punctured the radiator. Failed to properly connect hoses to waterpump claimed waterpump was leaking,replaced at additional $900.00 Failed to connect diesel return line resulting in roadside breakdown and then failed to properly purge coolant system resulting in another roadside failure. Called serviice but they never returned my call. More
Oops!!! In early September I took my GMC to Integrity Chevrolet due to my warning system indicating I had a low back passenger side tire. The warning light had come on three times within a week and after adding air, when deflate again. The service department discovered a nail in the tire and I had to purchase a new one. While driving the vehicle home, I felt a slight shimming as if the front end was out of balance but thought it was perhaps just the new tire needing to be 'worn' some. After a couple weeks, the car was still shimming and I returned to Integrity Chevrolet. The tire had not been balanced when it was put on the vehicle. Really???? A couple of days later, I noticed the tire stem valve cap was missing and the GMC medallion that goes into the center of the wheel was missing as well. Had to take the vehicle back to Integrity Chevrolet. Reed Morgan took care of this for me and was extremely apologetic regarding the missing items and me having to return for the balance of a new tire. I'm surprised the tire wasn't balanced when it was mounted and not sure how they left the tire stem cap and GMC medallion off. In the future, before leaving the dealership I will do a much more thorough review of the repaired area before driving off. From my home to the dealership is over a 50 mile roundtrip. I'm still a HUGE fan of Integrity's service department, but will be more watchful going forward. More

Love this dealership I love going into this dealership's service department. They are right there waiting to greet you and make you feel welcome. And they succeed. Your car is always ready when they tell you it will be and you always receive a phone call confirming the completion of the work. Then, when I arrive and complete my payment transaction, my car is brought around for me, the lot guy takes out the plastic they placed on your seats and the mat they placed on your floor, and holds the door open for me. And then, he thanks me for my business. You just can't get much better than that. More
