Salesman was fine. Finance/closer was fine. Service Salesman was fine. Finance/closer was fine. Service manager seemed arrogant and was not good at returning communications. I can pay top dollar for mediocre treatment anywhere. Considering part of the service was Xylon application (a point of sale add-on) which supposedly included a full detail- the car came back streaky inside an out. Not impressed. More
