International Auto outlet Hamilton Ohio sold me a vehicle with a bad transmission knowing that it had a bad transmission told me it was a good car I got about a quarter of a mile off their lot right after I with a bad transmission knowing that it had a bad transmission told me it was a good car I got about a quarter of a mile off their lot right after I paid cash for it the check engine light came on I immediately turned around and went back to the dealership to the salesman and told him I wanted my money back he said let them check with the diagnostic to see what was wrong with it it might be something simple came back with the news it was just an O2 sensor that they could fix that for me right now so I waited three and a half hours supposedly they fixed in O2 sensor I drove it home which I live an hour from there the very next day I turned over the engine and the check engine light came right back on I called the sales guy and told him I wanted my money back he said that he needed to talk with his manager who was on vacation so with me living it hour from there I took it to a repair shop close to my house they did a diagnostic on it I paid $173 turned out it's the transmission I was told by the mechanic that did the diagnostic that those codes were stored in the vehicle and the car lot knew that they sold me that vehicle with a bad transmission I thought I was buying a certified used vehicle that's what I was told with no problems I paid cash after several weeks and several trips to and from there they finally decided that they were going to fix the vehicle for me and put a new transmission in it they kept the vehicle for 15 days and when I went to pick it up they told me the transmission wasn't bad it just needed to transmission fluid change I thought that sounded funny but I'm not a mechanic so I drove it home and the very next day the check engine light came back on I have been trying to get this resolved and get my money back ever since the day I bought this van July 21st 2025 I have been deceived defrauded lied to and led to believe that I was buying a good vehicle with no problems they said that just for extra security that they would let me have a warranty for 4 months or 4,000 miles I thought that would be great anyway the mechanic who did the diagnostic on the van told me that it would cost almost $5,000 to have the transmission replaced on that van the warranty wouldn't even cover a third of that I want my money back I've been asking for it since the day I left a lot I wasn't even gone 10 minutes. I bought certified used because of security I could have bought this vehicle off a private owner for a whole lot less money but I did not want to deal with problems like this and with them knowingly telling me a van with a bad transmission and not disclosing it and telling me that the vehicle has been checked out and there was no problems with it was a total lie and all I've been listening to ever since I've been trying to get my money back or get it repaired or get a new vehicle which they tried to give me a different vehicle and all the vehicles they showed me was 2 to 3,000 or more less money than what I paid for the vehicle I had and all of them were junk as well with problems vehicles I would have never bought I went there to buy a four-wheel drive and the four-wheel drive I went there to look at the sales guy told me that the check engine light was on and it wasn't a good vehicle for me and that he had the perfect vehicle for me that would be a good vehicle 2010 Chrysler Town and country all the bells and whistles on it so I bought it cash if I was making payments I just wouldn't pay they got my money and they got me and I want my money back and I'm tired of their lies I wouldn't even give them one star if I could have posted this without giving it to them.
