Bought a nice lifted pickup for my wife at International Auto a week later she was diagnosed with cancer at this point she couldn't drive anything that was rough riding. I contacted INTERNATIONAL AUTO and a Auto a week later she was diagnosed with cancer at this point she couldn't drive anything that was rough riding. I contacted INTERNATIONAL AUTO and asked if we could possibly trade in for another pickup that wasn't lifted. They hesitated but said come and look we was interested in another pickup it was less money but we would have been ok with it for just a trade our lost there gain. I was told I would have to have the truck we had just bought for $13000 looked at and they would tell us what it was worth was told it worth half of what we paid but we could add the balance owed to the other truck of less value. The truck is very nice I wasn't trying to get out of the purchase I told them I just needed to get a different truck. Not having one we liked I offered to just give them the truck back and a $1000 on top for the trouble for them we had even had some things fixed on the pickup at a cost of another $700 dollars these people don't care about compassion or to help another human being only to sale vehicles at any cost. All we looked for and ask was to trade for something else and to be treated fairly. I went against my better judgment and bought from this place. Typical rat 🐀 xxxxxxx operation. Bought a 4Runner as soon as I drive off lot the a/c quits working. I take it back they have it for 2 full we place. Typical rat 🐀 xxxxxxx operation. Bought a 4Runner as soon as I drive off lot the a/c quits working. I take it back they have it for 2 full weeks I come to pick it up and they say “a/c all fixed it’s all good”. Ya right. I drive it 10 minutes it quits again so I take to a real mechanic and they say the electric relay is bad. They never fixed anything. In fact I don’t think they even looked at it because when I called and asked what they did Aymon couldn’t tell me and I said “we’ll let me talk to mechanic who did the work” and he said “we aren’t allowed to let customers speak to mechanics” 🚩🚩🚩🚩HUGE RED FLAG 🚩 🚩🚩🚩 They also sold me a car without working license plate lights which isn’t even street legal or allowed in state of Ohio. I gave them asking price and now I wish I wouldn’t of even bought it. Aymon was my salesman and if I had to do it again I’d of not bought this lemon of a vehicle. Don’t trust anything they say they are not honest individuals. Take your business elsewhere you’ve been WARNED! I will be posting terrible reviews on everything I can to warn every individual I can not to buy a car or truck here. O ya one last thing they left a GPS tracking device on my vehicle my mechanic found which should of been removed since it’s my vehicle I paid for in full. Which is also another law they violated. I bought what I thought was a mint condition 2006 Hummer with a little over 60K miles on it from these guys and boy Rip-Off Artists – Stay Far Away! I bought what I thought was a mint condition 2006 Hummer with a little over 60K miles on it from these guys and boy did I make a mistake! I put less than 200 miles on it before all of the problems popped up. The transmission had to be rebuilt, the brake booster had to be replaced and the fuel evap system was a mess. What my mechanic (who I’ve known for 7 years) told me is that he believed the dealership cleared all of the trouble codes before I went to look at the vehicle. When I called them and asked them to make it right, they gave me a line of BS and eventually just said no. There are a lot of places you can go top buy a used car, do yourself a favor and don’t go here! More
