needed a new car! I was desperate to find a replacement for my totaled 3 series. I started working with a new salesman Mike Lanze and Dan Jansen. They happened to be off the next day when I was surfing their website. I found a car that had just come off a lease and had great potential. I called up IA, spoke with Arthur. He had the car ready for me to drive when I arrived an hour later and then gave me a great price and I put my $$ down. The car needed to go thru the inspection process and Arthur had new tires put on the car too. I was given a loaner for a WEEK while I waited. Mike continued with follow up and updates. I was given a great interest rate and I just drove off the lot a happy customer and you will too if you work with these gentlemen at International Auto. More

Ended up stoping at international the next day just to look with no intention at that point to ever buy a bmw with my experience the day prior. International was pleasant, great to work with, and willing to work with me to get the deal closed. Amazing sales staff every time I have interacted with them and great business office staff as week. Open inquiry for about canceling extended warranty I bought a car from them since Dec of last year. Their business manager, Mo, talked me into buying the extended warranty that I was uncomfortable buy I bought a car from them since Dec of last year. It didn't sit well with me and did call and email him again within 24 hours of driving off the dealer. I emailed the guy to follow up every couple of weeks. At first, he said he was processing. Now he just stop responding all together. This is still not resolved until now. More
