The European diesel technology is outstanding in reliability, fuel savings, cost, longevity and owner satisfaction. I have owned two Mercedes Benz previously but not diesel. I have family that has driven BMW for years and highly recommended I look at what they offer in diesel. I found a 2015 BMW X3 for sale at International Autos. I stopped in on a rainy Saturday expecting the place to be quiet and was surprised to see lots of activity. Despite all the people in the showroom and waiting lounge, Andrew walked right up to me and asked how he might help me. We spoke for a while and then Andrew got the truck for me to take a look. We took a test drive and Andrew pointed out the various technology and performance options this vehicle had to offer. He even showed me how the xdrive worked in a safe manner on the side of the road. When we returned to the dealership, I had to leave for another appointment and Andrew did not try and push me with a hard sell. He was nice enough to offer the vehicle for another longer test drive if I would like. A week or so went by and I looked at different vehicles and continued my research but my mind keep going back to the "Ultimate Driving Machine." I returned to IA and spoke with Andrew again about that longer test ride which he gladly provided. My wife and I drive the vehicle for an hour or so and returned it. I told Andrew that I was still thinking about it and again Andrew did not push me for a sale. We did decide to offer on this vehicle and the negotiations went well without a lot of frustrating haggling. I stated my case and made an offer that was accepted. Unfortunately, two days after delivery the check engine light on my new car went on.... Off to the service department where I thought I would be stuck for the day.... Service Writer, Eric was informed by Andrew that this was a new vehicle for me. I was provided a loaner car for the inconvenience and was only required to return that car with the gas I used. Nice! They had to order in the part for my X3 and I can continue to use the loaner until I get my truck back. So far the experience has been positive and everyone I met has been pleasant and helpful. Special thanks go to Andrew, Eric, Rob, Mo, Lando and the nice ladies that work at the reception desk. Although I didn't expect to need service so soon, I feel confident that the issue will be resolved correctly the first time! More

I purchased a preowned X5 following a rather shocking car accident I was involve in--I was struck squarely on the driver's door in a small 135i (small BMW), but the car protected me--I walked away from a T-Bone collision with minor aches. I went back for a nice big juicy SUV, and they fished one up for me at a outstanding price in as little as 2 days. More
