No Customer Service This location does not practice any customer service skills at all. I scheduled an appointment for an oil change, when I got there they told me I wasn't due yet. They let me drive all the way there without telling me. I rescheduled, per them, for when I was due. Again, when I got there, they told me it was not time yet! No apology, nothing, no customer service whatsoever. I also recieved a bribe to complete my customer service survey with all excellent ratings from the sales person. I never completed it. More

WORST DEALER EVER> Fraudulent misrepresentation of used car. Claimed that full inspection had been done and that car "needed nothing". Less than 1500 miles later, real inspection revealed long stand used car. Claimed that full inspection had been done and that car "needed nothing".
