When I scheduled appt. I asked if they'd update the Navigation system and they said yes they would. When I got to Service Center they advised they wouldn't and I'd have to I asked if they'd update the Navigation system and they said yes they would. When I got to Service Center they advised they wouldn't and I'd have to do update at home. That was the main reason I took appt. Very unhappy about that. Also when time to pay for service was asked if I knew about 2 percent fee for using credit card. I did not. I don't walk around with the cash that this service charged so got penalized an additional fee. Doubt I'll come here again. Wife has appt next week for her '24 CRV. I'll be warning her of my experience. More

Lindsay's very cordial and did arrange for a price discount for a failed original battery. When i called to schedule, I was advised that 7:30 am was the only appointment available, but that I could wa discount for a failed original battery. When i called to schedule, I was advised that 7:30 am was the only appointment available, but that I could wait for installation of a new battery. What I arrived , I was then advised that the battery installer would not arrive until noon and that it would be about 2:00pm for completion. I was given a shuttle ride home. I returned about 2:15 to find my vehicle in the service area with the hood up and what appeared to be a new battery. I was advised that it was not. I returned to the waiting room . At about 2:45 I was advised that the vehicle was ready. The battery works very well, but my extended experience was not anticipated. More
