My trusty Rav needed a radiator! I have a 2001 Rav4 that currently has about 227,000 miles on it. One of the reasons it has probably lasted this long is the great service that it receives at Interstate. I went in to change my tires over from winter to summer and Ricky noticed that my radiator was leaking. He didn't want me to leave with the car because if it actually overheated it would be a way worse situation. He got me a rental and told me that the radiator would be there in a few days. Unfortunately, it was back ordered and would not be there for several days. Interstate called me to tell me this and to keep the car until mine was ready. They even switched my rental car when I told them I did not like the minivan and would rather drive a smaller car. Ricky called me a few days later and I picked up my Rav. I have always received great service and Ricky is both knowledgeable and personable. I would recommend this dealership. More
I am very disgusted with this dealership. I have spent a lot money. I having been putting into my 2009 corolla and then your mechanic backed it out of the bay and slammed into another car. I had to pay the bill for that car repairs then got ripped off buying another car. I didn't have time to think before they had me buying another car. I only had a choice of red or black and thrown into another huge car payment. They said they were doing me a favor just a major screw job. I don't want that mechanic to ever touch my car again.He lied and said I had no brakes then changed his story and said his foot hit the gas instead of the brake. He was in a hurry because it was the last hour before they went home. I talked to the mechanics I work with and they said he should be fired and there was no reason for that if it was fixed right. I have lost faith with this dealership. I don't trusted your dealership,too many things I saw that went down. Its been a week but still very upset with this dealership. Your guys should learn to respect the cars so your customers don't have to pay for their mistakes. He should pay for the repairs he messed up the car . It was in good shape when I left it there. Let's face it he could of hit and killed someone because he was in a hurry. More

Bad negligent service. the service guy lost my paperwork, didnt know whether my car service was complete, led to an extra hour of wait. Overall bad experience not going there again. Having issues with navigator. Called made an appointment to get it updated. Brought the car in, was first told the man who was trained was in school, than it would take 2 hours to do the update. Great improvement over last visit. I was greeted by a women who check me in. I needed the upgrade to 2.2.0 for my navigator. Took 45 minutes to understand the problem and find the thumb drive.
