I would not recommend this dealership for service to anyone for the following reason. I brought my car in today for an oil change, ny state inspection and a recall notice. Made an appointment for 11:3 anyone for the following reason. I brought my car in today for an oil change, ny state inspection and a recall notice. Made an appointment for 11:30. Arrived on time. Was told on the phone when I made my appointment that it would take no longer than an hour and a half which I thought was very long but I said it was fine. Arrived at 11:30. At 1:30 I looked outside and my car was sitting outside but my service provider had not come to find me since I was waiting and he knew it. At 1:45 I went to find him and he is on his cell phone texting or playing a game. I asked about my car and he looked at his desk and low and behold my paperwork is sitting there. Why did I have to go find him? To top it off the dealer didn't have the parts to fix the recall and I need to return in 2-3 weeks for the work to be done. What is going on at this dealership? This is why I never go to the dealer for basic maintenance. The only reason I went today was because of the recall. I cannot wait until someone contacts me and asks for my experience there. Overall experience = 0 stars. They should be ashamed of themselves to call themselves service providers. They should go to Honda for service training. The service manager should be fired for this lack of service at this dealership. More

The service was friendly, courteous and thorough. Ricky even reminded me that I needed the car inspected this month, which I had forgotten, so I was able to do that as well. Rickey does a great job. He checked for the part and a had it ordered. Made the appt. For service and arranged for a shuttle. I made a 6 pm appointment and upon arrival the employee, Ricky Boulette informed me it would be an hour wait to complete service on my car. Mr. Boulette reccomended I get my tires rotated for $24.00 and I a Ricky Boulette informed me it would be an hour wait to complete service on my car. Mr. Boulette reccomended I get my tires rotated for $24.00 and I agreed. While I was in the waiting area, Mr. Boulette approached me again and reccomended I get other services like air filter. I do not know much about cars so I responded I will return with my father and Mr. Boluette did not offer me anymore services. I believe it was a sales tactic to get me to purchase other services not necessarily required for my car. My car was NOT ready within an hour as Mr. Boulette promised. Even with an appointment, I waited over an hour to get my car serviced and I only completed an oil change and got my tires rotated. More

When I first arrive I meet the lovely Fay with her warm friendly smile, she takes a few important details and then led me to Sherri Bates, another friendly and very knowledgable person, who explained what friendly smile, she takes a few important details and then led me to Sherri Bates, another friendly and very knowledgable person, who explained what to expect from my visit. Sherri had to order a switch for my car seat for the lumbar support. Also after the mechanic checked my vehicle he noticed a crack in the steering crank or something. Sherri explained all this to me and we made an appoint for the next day. Upon my arrival the next afternoon, Sherri took my car directly to the waiting mechanic. Then I had a great ride home with Philip, he too is a pleasure. Later that day Sherri called to advise my car was ready and my husband drove me over. My car was ready and waiting. My only problem is that my lumbar doesn't feel like it's completely back and that the switch doesn't seem to work all the time. I explained this to Sherri and she advised I may need a new motor. I really don't want to pay for another item for this seat, I just want the lumbar support all the way back, I don't even use it. But right now the way it is, I get a lower back pain, never had this before in the 6 years I've owned the vehicle. It's only since the lumbar support went haywire. So,my overall experience was terrific, I just want the lumbar to stop hurting my back. More
