Management has serious anger issues and no idea how to actually handle a business. Behavior was xxxx-poor. Not only Zero service at Interstate Toyota Scion service department but negative service. Made appointment for routine maintenance. Was told car would be with service department for 1 1/2 hours. 3 hours lat department but negative service. Made appointment for routine maintenance. Was told car would be with service department for 1 1/2 hours. 3 hours later I texted to ask when car would be ready. No reply. At 4 hours in, I called and was told would get a call back with info shortly. Nothing. At 5 hours in, called Service manager. He had a major attitude, was rude and found nothing wrong with a car that was to be ready at 1 1/2 hours still not ready at 5 hours. Finally at 6 hours, I got my car back. however without the maintenance entered into the car's program, so had to find someone to do that (Orlando, who corrected that, was the only one who was helpful). The final insult to injury, was that before I had scheduled, I had asked the price of the oil change. When I got the bill, the price of the oil change was approximately 40% higher. Interstate's reply on that was the employee who quoted made a mistake. Her mistake and I paid. And in line with No-Service Interstate Toyota's attitude,, no apology was offered for 1 1/2 hours of routine maintenance becoming 6 hours, nor for the unreturned call/text re status of car. More
I am beyond upset with this dealer ship and i no longer plan on going back. Horrible time management. My car sat there for 3 hours untouched when i scheduled my appointment. He cared that the job was done correctly and he also cared that I as a customer was satisfied with the work that was being done. tanaka air bag replacement for totyota corolla 2012 made an appointment 1 week in advance, work was well completed in less than 2 hours. though when I picked up the car, the top glove compartment conte made an appointment 1 week in advance, work was well completed in less than 2 hours. though when I picked up the car, the top glove compartment contents were scattered on the passenger side floor mat. it would have been helpful if I was told to remove the contents before the service for the air bag replacement. The work completed was efficient and very timely, hope to use this dealership in the future. More
