I bought my Mazda 3 back in 2017 from this place when they were down the street. Maybe not the cheapest when it comes to service but I very much appreciate the attention to detail and the amazing custome they were down the street. I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with Aaron both times I’ve brought my car in for service and his professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile are very appreciated. You can tell that he cares about being fair and keeping the customer happy. Service means a lot to me and that attention to detail goes a long way in forming my decision of where to take my vehicle for any work. More

Took me in same day for a steering wheel issue, Turned out to be alignment. Went above and beyond to ensure that the problem was fixed despite being past closing hours. Had some communication problems wit out to be alignment. Went above and beyond to ensure that the problem was fixed despite being past closing hours. I just want to share my good experience at this auto dealer. I purchased my 2014 Mazda CX-5 at Prime Mazda, now Ira Mazda, years ago. Previously I’ve owned other Japanese cars which I’ve always found to dealer. I purchased my 2014 Mazda CX-5 at Prime Mazda, now Ira Mazda, years ago. Previously I’ve owned other Japanese cars which I’ve always found to be reliable including a Honda and Subaru all of which have gone well past 100k miles with little or no problems. So far I’ve been happy with the performance of the Mazda. It has a reliable, efficient engine, good handling, storage capacity and the cost of ownership is reasonable. And the service has been good as well. Unfortunately I was sad to learn that it had some electrical issues at the young age of 60k miles. It had started with some car battery and starting issues which I’d replaced several times and this morning the front dash HVAC fans stopped working on an 8 degree day, some bulbs were out, stereo screen was dim, and turn signals were acting strangely. Fortunately thanks to their skilled detective work we discovered that a chipmunk had been making a nest in my engine compartment due to the very cold weather we had recently and chewed on some cables. Also the PCM software needed to be updated. They promptly removed the nest, repaired some loose connections or wires in the harness, gaskets, bulbs, updated the software and had the car ready for inspection all very quickly and for a reasonable rate allowing me to get back on the road. And Maura, Taylor and the whole team were very friendly and carefully explained to me each step of the way. And they didn’t even charge me for the oil change since I had to come back a second day to complete the repairs. I’m happy with the work they did and would recommend them. More
