They don't seem to have it together at all here, get your car serviced at a different Mazda dealership. We went in for a pretty simple fender liner fix. They ended up only replacing half of it because th car serviced at a different Mazda dealership. We went in for a pretty simple fender liner fix. They ended up only replacing half of it because they didn't realize the other half was missing (which should have been a red flag). They assured us that they would have the correct part and fix it quickly next time. We came the next week, waited 3 hours and then found out they ordered the wrong part. We were again assured they would have the correct part and a loaner vehicle for us given the two visits. For our *third* visit for the same issue, we arrived to find out there was no loaner and could not reach any of the service advisors or managers that we worked with, so we left. We left a phone message for our advisor and the service manager and it was never returned. We ended up having to go to a different Mazda dealer, where it should be fixed extremely easily — there's too many other Mazda service centers around Boston to go to this one. More
Ira Mazda is the best place we serviced our Mazda this far. Staff is super friendly, professional, accommodating and ready to answer any questions. Waiting area is very nice and if you need more secluded far. Staff is super friendly, professional, accommodating and ready to answer any questions.
