Steve, Eric, Paul - Rockstars, all of them. I want to preface by saying I was a few minutes late for my multi-point inspection. However, Steve from the front desk still got me in with their tech guys Eric and Paul. Paul went on a road test with me to identify the issue and they had it diagnosed/fixed within an hour. They were willing to keep checking until closing but they finished before then. Everyone I worked with was very understanding and treated me with respect. I drive in from north of Boston (1hr - 1.5hr commute) to this location specifically for this service. I continue to receive the best service from this location. Proud to be a Volvo owner and a customer of this dealership/service department location. Will continue to come here so long as I am in the area. 10/10 service and experience. More
