We purchased a 2018 Volvo XC60 out of state from Prime Volvo Southshore. During the pre-purchasing discussion we were told the vehicle was in great condition with only minor rock chips on the front bumper Volvo Southshore. During the pre-purchasing discussion we were told the vehicle was in great condition with only minor rock chips on the front bumper. We paid to have the vehicle shipped to us and it was delivered. Upon delivery we noticed and a thorough inspection we noticed major damage to the vehicle that was never disclosed to us. We immediately notified the dealership in which they communicated they would make it right. The dealership tried to pawn the damage off to the delivery company who declined the claim. Unfortunately, because we signed the delivery form, they are not liability even though our photos from the dealership show damage to the vehicle when it was in their possession. We have attempted to request the dealership to make it right and fix the damage that was not disclosed to us and they decline. The have stated this is now our problem and we need to work with our insurance. They are selling vehicles and not disclosing damage. BEWARE! More
