As indicated above, I immediately contacted South Shore Volvo in an attempt to remedy this issue. I was told by Sales Representative Jeff that South Shore Volvo will do everything to make it right. That was not my experience when in conversation with the General Manager, Boulos Ferris. He stated there was nothing they could or would do and that if I wanted the car fixed, I would need to make a claim. As much as I appreciate your message, my prior experience has little confidence that South Shore Volvo will make it right.
