Irvine GMC was one of the best dealers in the area. They always performed service for a reasonable cost, honest and did it right the first time. Even when they couldn't replicate the problem, they fixed it always performed service for a reasonable cost, honest and did it right the first time. Even when they couldn't replicate the problem, they fixed it anyway and the problem went away. I have a mountain vacation home so certain things don't work well only at high altitude and on steep grades and they understood that. I can think of no other dealer in the area that was this good. OK, here's the bad part, they lost their GMC franchise and I was forced to go elsewhere. Now I pay a lot more for service and the jury is still out as to if the dealer is good or not. Rumor has it many of the techs went to work for Ray Fladeboe across the street in Irvine when they got the GMC franchise for the area. More
