I think it would be difficult not just for me but for any purchases to experience a more consultative process versus the harsh reality of negotiation. I initially dealt with Louisa who was disgustingly rude to me via text, and deserves 0 stars, she also told me th sales person and she was fantastic. Thankfully one of the managers called me and set me up with Nicole who found that the car I wanted actually didn’t have a transmission problem and could be sold. She was very pleasant to work with and made the process easy. I would highly recommend asking for her if you’re in the market to buy a car. More
