I purchased a used Tundra from Irwin yesterday. This is the first time I did business with Irwin Toyota, Ford. We met with Howard Cullen. When we dropped it off and told him we were interested but had to give it some thought. He told us that was fine and we left. Absolutely no pressure at all. In fact, I kind of wish he would have fought for our business a little. Quite unorthodox, but he saved the vehicle for us and we didn't even put a down payment on it. I would highly recommend Irwin and in particular Howard Cullen as the salesman to deal with. More

My son recently purchased a new Bronco from Irwin Ford in Laconia New Hampshire. Most of his experience in purchasing his first new car was just average, or maybe below. These are trying times to purchase a new vehicle and the sales people we dealt with at Irwin Ford did not make it easy for us. They insisted on full MSRP and a $600 doc fee which we all know is just another “legal” way to get a few more bucks. They denied both military discounts shown on the Ford website and my Ford X plan discount sponsored by my employer. The car was dirty and we had to wait on them to fuel it up on pick up day. The only reason I am giving them a four star rating is because of general manager Alan Faro. He reached out after the sale to see if we were satisfied and to help us get a $1000 military rebate as my son is an active duty Marine. He went above and beyond to help my son receive his military discount and spent a great deal of time talking with both of us about our purchase. If I were interested in purchasing a new Ford, I would reach out to Irwin first only due to the efforts of Mr Faro. Thanks for reading. More

Last Sunday my engine light came on in my Ford Mustang, so I drove it immediately to Irwin Motors. On Monday morning I received a message from Ed Withrow, Assistant Service Manager that I needed a throttl so I drove it immediately to Irwin Motors. I decided to visit the dealership, walked in, there were a few sales reps available, I was greeted with a hello and when there was a brief moment of silence Acadia Laraway spoke up asking if she could help me. I was specific on where I wanted my payment range and what vehicle I wanted to test drive. I had a vehicle to trade, which I received a fair trade in offer, Acadia was in contact with the person in finance who was able to show me what my payments would be with the different loan terms and different down payments. The process was very smooth, and I left that afternoon with my new to me vehicle. I would definitely recommend this dealership and Acadia as a sales rep. More

I was very pleased with my experience in purchasing a car at Irwin. Through some miscommunication, we were under the impression a car we looked at on the internet was at their location. When we arrived and discovered that was not the case, I was not happy, but Howard Cullen handled the situation graciously without being condescending or making me feel like the whole thing was my fault. He asked me what we were looking to spend and the specs we needed on a car and came up with three options that we could take that day. He was a pleasure to work with and made the process very easy. The finance manager was a little pushy, but aren't they all? I highly recommend the dealership. More
