I purchased my 4th Toyoto Highlander on 1/14/2012 from the Irwin Zone.Having also purchased the previous two highlanders from Irwin I was more than happy to try them once more.I traded in my low mileage 0 the Irwin Zone.Having also purchased the previous two highlanders from Irwin I was more than happy to try them once more.I traded in my low mileage 09 highlander for the 2012 model.The end result is that I came away very content with my deal and Irwin motors were also pleased with the deal.Briefly what I do is as follows:I decide on the new car that I want to purchase.I purchase all the details on the dealer cost for this car from Consumer Reports.I do all the legwork in establishing the real trade-in price for my trade.Then I am ready for any dealer and I find Irwin the most receptive to negotiate with my figures.They are tough but fair negotiators especially their Sales manager but I am just as tough and reasonable and cognicant of the fact that they are in business to make money.They will start a bit low with the trade and a bit high on the new car:however with hard bartering etc over a few days a deal was struck with the salesman Bob Travers and Manager Al Faro both of whom were diligent on their part,courteous and real gentlemen.I have found Irwin to respect intelligent buyers and they will make the best deal possible to make you happy and entice you to come back again.In the past I have had 12 new cars,different dealers in different States and I can attest to the fact that I have found Irwin to be the most honest in sales and more importantly,service. I went to Irwin's with a lot of questions about which type car to purchase, New, old, sedan, Suv, etc. The salesperson took a lot of time to work us through the many types available. I settled on a Pri type car to purchase, New, old, sedan, Suv, etc. The salesperson took a lot of time to work us through the many types available. I settled on a Prius and it has been superb to date. the time 7 energy to let me drive multiple vehicles, review pricing before deciding were exemplary. I would reccomenfd this dealership to everyone. More

They did a great job repairing my car after someone backed into it. It looks brand new again. Was very convenient to have Enterprise Rental Car right next door. I was very impressed with the professionalism and knowledge of the staff at the Irwin Zone. I brought my vehicle in for an auto repair estimate. The estimate was explained to me in detail. I was informed the parts could be ordered and received within a few days. I gave the service advisor my insurance contact name and claim number. Upon confirmation from the insurance company, the repairs were scheduled for the following week and would take two to three days. My vehicle was in the shop on Wednesday morning and I was able to drive it home late Thursday afternoon. Before I left, the service advisor took the time to review and show me the repairs that were done to my vehicle. I only have good things to say about my experience. I would recommend the Irwin Zone to anyone needing auto repair service. More
I had a VERY positive experience buying a used Ford Explorer Sport Trac from Irwin Ford in Laconia NH. I live in Machester Nh and had been around to a lot of local dealers North, South, and East of Manchester. All other Dealers should take a lesson on how to treat a customer from Irwin Ford. Irwin Ford made the looking, driving, and closing of this deal a worthwhile experience. They were NEVER pushy. They never brought out half the Sales force, sales Managager, or finance dept. to pressure my wife and I into buying my slightly used Ford Explorer Sport Trac. After the sale they followed up nicely with a couple of open issues we had and continued till they were resolved. Buddy Sickinger and the rest of the people at Irwin Ford have won our Customer Loyality. We will NEVER buy another vehicle from any one else - and when our friends are looking for a new or used car/truck....we know exactly where to send them....IRWIN FORD of LACONIA. Doug was not only extremely informative as to what each car had to offer but also was very friendly, caring and made us feel extremely comfortable. This was a first ever.
