My mom and I were in search of a new vehicle and wanted to trade our 2006 Lincoln LS. I first spoke with Micheal on the phone and made an appointment that week to see him. After trying out a few test drive vehicles, we left to think about some options with a follow up appointment the following week. Micheal again greeted us with a warm welcome and an assured smile of confidence. We drove away that day in our new 2010 leased Lincoln MKZ. Micheal not only sold us this vehicle he followed up with any concerns we had and continues to check to see if we are still satisfied. Two months later let me assure you we are still satified and will send anyone his way who is looking for a new vehicle and will no doubt in my mind go back to Irwin Motors when we are ready to trade again. Excellent experience. My husband and I knew we wanted a Ford Edge. We had looked at several other delaerships, as we live in Maine, but could not find what we wanted for the price we wanted to pay. Finally, we decided to look further from home and found Irwin's online. They had a couple, so we contacted Irwin's via the internet and came down on a Sunday to look them over. We found what we wanted, at a great price. In one day we had the vehicle under contract, financing approved, and it was ready for us to pick up! This morning, for a scheduled service appointment on our 2007 Lincoln MKZ, was a very pleasant experience, as usual, everyone I spoke with was very friendly and willing to help. Since the improved waiting area is clean, bright, coffee and a great TV to boot, it isn't a chore anymore to sit there and wait. My car was taken in ASAP, I was called in what seemed like a half hour or so, probably was a little longer though and I proceded to the cashier and happily discovered I owed nothing for service based on my Owner Advantage points. At my last appt, I was not happy that there was no paper floormat used during service and this time there was!! I do appreciate that very much. I love my car and treat it well, so everyone else should too. More
