Service appt for oil change/tire rotation at 7am. Got there early but my car wasn’t taken in until 7:20. My car was out of the garage by 8 but I patiently waited 20 minutes before asking when i would be there early but my car wasn’t taken in until 7:20. My car was out of the garage by 8 but I patiently waited 20 minutes before asking when i would be ready to go. “Just working on the paperwork”. Almost 10 more minutes before I could check out. Staff were very friendly but 1 3/4 hours for an oil change/tire rotation with a 7am appt time is annoying! More

Had big time issues just after warranty expired... Lloyd at Irwings Ford Service went above and beyond to make sure that my 2015 Transit 350 Diesel was fixed and fixed right. It took a while to get it sorte at Irwings Ford Service went above and beyond to make sure that my 2015 Transit 350 Diesel was fixed and fixed right. It took a while to get it sorted out but they didn't give up and invested much of their own time (partial no charge) to ensure it was right ! Thank you Lloyd and Mechanic Mike and Ed Kelly and Ford Corporate (for stepping up) for getting me back on the Road . I'll be ordering a new 2022 Transit soon.... More

Called dealer ask for price had to talk to a sales person. Needed all my information to send me a price. Got price price was higher then sticker and they get all rebates. My husband and I went to look at a new truck that we found on Irwin’s website and when we arrived we were told that there was a “market adjustment” added to the MSRP of the truck of either $5,000 or may found on Irwin’s website and when we arrived we were told that there was a “market adjustment” added to the MSRP of the truck of either $5,000 or maybe $2,000? That’s another word for price gouging. Shame on you Irwin Zone. After that yucky experience, we went to Rochester Ford and ordered a truck that we have to wait for, but we would rather wait than be taken advantage of. Shame on you Irwin Zone. We have since reached out to the BBB, the attorney general of New Hampshire, our U. S. Senator Jeanne Shaheen and Ford Corporate. Maybe nothing will come of our efforts, but maybe one or two people will read this and think twice about doing business with such an unethical company. Oh, & Ford has nothing to do with the “up charge” the woman we spoke with at the consumer office was just as surprised as we were. Shame on you Irwin Zone. More
