When you buy a new or used car the first thing you consider is the service department and it's manager! Without great service and a wonderful manager you should go elsewhere! A good example of this is my daughter: she drove 4.5 hours to the Kia garage to have a timing belt replaced which was suggested to her by them!! she got to garage and the manager said ooops!! your car has no timing belt!! My husband considered buying a new Kia but because of the poor service and manager he choose not to. Bob Abbott is the example of great service. He is dependable, honest, polite, patient- all that is perfect in a manager! If he ever decided to move to another garage we most likely will go with him! I brought my Tacoma to Irwin for an inspection sticker. Bob Abbott waited on me and said it would not take long. He wqs polite and completely explained the sticker process. Service was great. Ray was helpful every step of the way. Called me to let me know what was needed for inspection and at what stage different things were at. Accurate info as to completion time and wrapped things up quickly once car was finished. All staff was friendly, courteous, and smiling. Very organized well run outfit. I'm a previous Irwin Toyota owner and very happy they will care for my Subaru now that the Subaru dealership moved out of town. Excellent service- thanks to Ray and all. More
I will start off with I like going to a dealership as much as most people like going to the dentist but my experience with Steve and Ray has been exceptional! I purchased a 2013 F350 dump truck from Ste much as most people like going to the dentist but my experience with Steve and Ray has been exceptional! I purchased a 2013 F350 dump truck from Steve and he did everything in his power to make the experience a pleasant one and to get us in and out as fast as possible, while still making sure to cover everything about the vehicle and purchase. At the time I was also looking at another truck at another dealership but the package and service Steve put together sold the truck. Shortly after having the truck we noticed wear on the front tire that wasn't normal and we called for service. Although we had a bit of a stumble in the beginning Ray Landry stepped in to make sure we were not only satisfied this time but that we would be in the future as well. He even offered to pick up the truck and bring it in as he lives in the same town as myself. This reminded me of the commercials for the bank that "goes way beyond" the call of customer service! Not only am I extremely happy to have found this team to work with I have even been back peeking on the inventory as we have one if not two more trucks that need replacements and I am a DIE HARD FORD fan.
