Mr. Ray Landry was great. The front tire on the passenger side was damaged....my son had driven the car and hit the curb. I came to the Service Department without an appointment at 7:30 AM on a w passenger side was damaged....my son had driven the car and hit the curb. I came to the Service Department without an appointment at 7:30 AM on a weekday. I told Mr. Landry my situation and he immediately accessed the condition of my tire--and said that I needed a new one. He told me to have a seat in the waiting room and he would have it taken care of and get me out as soon as possible. He did and I was able to get to work on time..
