I was very impressed with the professionalism and knowledge of the staff at the Irwin Zone. I brought my vehicle in for an auto repair estimate. The estimate was explained to me in detail. I was informed the parts could be ordered and received within a few days. I gave the service advisor my insurance contact name and claim number. Upon confirmation from the insurance company, the repairs were scheduled for the following week and would take two to three days. My vehicle was in the shop on Wednesday morning and I was able to drive it home late Thursday afternoon. Before I left, the service advisor took the time to review and show me the repairs that were done to my vehicle. I only have good things to say about my experience. I would recommend the Irwin Zone to anyone needing auto repair service. More

This summer has been an extremely difficult time for me with my husband in the hospital and my need to be home. He not only did all that, but returned the car shiny clean minus the mouse nest in the air filter and refused any compensation for himself. It's difficult to express how much his kindness and the wonderful staff at Irwin Motors affected my life.
