Worst service ever Made a evening appointment (4:30) because of work. When scheduled, told representative I needed an oil change, brakes (making noise) & air filter. G Made a evening appointment (4:30) because of work. When scheduled, told representative I needed an oil change, brakes (making noise) & air filter. Get there & waited 5 minutes to get service. Then told representative again that I needed brakes & air filter. After waiting 1 hour & 45 minutes they called my name just to tell me, I needed front brakes plus air & cabin filters. The only thing they did was the oil change. I was so pissed off. I told the representative that is what I made my appointment for. She said it takes 2-3 hours for brakes & they don’t do them in the evening. I waited almost 2 hours so I don’t understand why they couldn’t do them. Will never go back. More

Complete fail I took my 2017 Silverado in for two issues. Check engine light and reduced power mode and car play problems. I dropped my car off at 7:30 in the morni I took my 2017 Silverado in for two issues. Check engine light and reduced power mode and car play problems. I dropped my car off at 7:30 in the morning. I called at 2:30 pm, 5:30 pm, then 6:45 pm when I finally received an update and apology for forgetting to call me to provide an update. I was told my truck would not be ready that day, but would be the following day. So I had to keep the undersized loaner I was given (not given, provided via my extended warranty) which for a 6’7” man was way too small. My car play still doesn’t work properly and my check engine light (3 days later) my check engine light is back on. Terrible all around. More
