“Shady Repairs” My first repair at JBA Chevrolet was August 2017 for a heating/cooling problem. Since that date, I have taken it back three more times for the same p My first repair at JBA Chevrolet was August 2017 for a heating/cooling problem. Since that date, I have taken it back three more times for the same problem. I returned again on 10/12/18. I was notified that they found the problem. The car needed a cooling coil and the cost was almost $1,000.00. Of course the 36,000 mile warranty had expired. I asked the representative why has it taken six repairs to locate the problem. Now, since there is no warranty, there is an expensive repair. It is my belief that it was never JBA’s intent to fix the problem while the repair was covered under warranty. The representative stated a pressurized test was performed during this service. According to the last repair, a pressurized test was performed during that repair. More

I was able to do an online appointment, it was confirmed and, I I needed a warranted oil change. and went to JBA, even though I purchased elsewhere.
