Automobile purchasing for many people (me included) can be a painful experience and though I didn't purchase a car from you, you have earned my business when the time comes. Decisions, decisions, decisions.... I am decided on one thing, the Infiniti M Sport will be my next vehicle. The question for me is timing and ideal cost. I am still undecided however on my best options (lease vs purchase; and new vs certified pre-owned). I've never leased a car before and have never had a car payment over $500. Sure, we aren't talking about a Maxima here but a Maxima on super steroids....lol. The M Sport would be a match made is heaven....lol. This is a heavy decision and I want to make sure I am being responsible by not putting my wants (M Sport in white or silver with dark leather and tech pckg.....oh my heart just skipped a beat) in front of my needs. Best service I have ever experienced at any dealer. Brandy the service associated was extremely helpful and displayed exceptional professionalism. I brought my car on a Saturday for a general service but noticed my Service Engine Soon Light was activated. They kept my car and gave me a loaner car (which was the same type I was driving). The car took 2 days to service due to the diffculty of the alarm. She gave me daily status checks until the problem was resolved. The whole process was great and a great testament to both JBA of Ellicott City and the INFINITY company. Keep up the great work. I will defenitely returned there for all of my car service. Joel S.
